If you thought Dubai was the ultimate playground for the super rich, then you clearly haven’t been to the Costa Smeralda. This magnificent slice of coastline in the north of Sardinia is where Versace-clad A-listers and billionaires spend it like Beckham – so why not join them? This extraordinary home is a seconds away from Porto Cervo, the heart of the glitz and glamour. Its design is understated but – of course – still extremely luxurious, with cream furnishings and bold artworks. Check out the intricate stone seashell light feature in the living room and the statement ceiling studded with driftwood. Quirky wooden ceilings are clearly a thing here because the glorious balcony boasts a curved wicker canopy to keep out the rays (and give your Gucci sunnies a break while you’re checking out that sea view). Talk about living La Vida Moda.

A Pearl in Paradise

Steps from the sea, this villa offers endless Mediterranean views and beach access from the garden. One of the best spots to admire the panoramas is on the roof terrace, where you can lounge with a glass of wine and watch the coastal sunsets. The above-ground swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, and covered terrace are excellent additions, too. Head inside and you'll find a contemporary (though compact) living area and several clean-lined bedrooms. As for location, the Baroque town of Modica is 20 kilometres away, while Noto is just a bit further. And, alongside the rocky shore on your doorstep, there's a sandy beach only 900m away.

Eternal Indigo

This Sardinian villa is all about views of the turquoise sea. Mediterranean gardens lead down to the swimming pool and water’s edge where you can paddle in the rocky shallows. A short walk away, you’ll find sandy beaches and Villasimius' pretty marina. You’ve got uninterrupted views of the horizon from a covered terrace and from the open-plan living-dining room – the hanging fireplace and Moroccan-style seating make this a fab spot for socialising. Then when it comes to hitting the hay, bedrooms are split between the main villa and two separate apartments each with its own kitchenette and additional single rooms for children.  

Mediterranean Dreams

You'll find this apartment in the charming town of Cunardo. Situated in a quiet yet central location, this is the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area, with Varese and Lugano just a short distance away. The apartment is located on the first floor and features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable double bedroom, a bathroom, and a hallway. It is tastefully decorated and thoughtfully furnished to ensure your utmost comfort during your stay. Amenities include an induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, wifi access, courtesy line, iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer. Whether you're traveling for work or simply passing through to explore the city, every detail has been taken care of to provide you with a clean and welcoming environment.

The Rustic Retreat

Sitting pretty among the rolling farmland and hillsides of Le Marche, this rustic home is in perfect keeping with these bucolic surroundings, especially as you wander through the archways and under ceiling beams inside. Therefore, it might surprise you to learn that the building was only constructed in 2008 and has since been renovated.

It must be said that the attention to detail taken is sublime and you genuinely feel like you're walking about a majestic property that's been standing on the site for decades. Even the more contemporary aspects have been incorporated seamlessly, as seen with the fetching black surfaces in the minimalist kitchen, the designer chandeliers and the ensuite bathroom complete with a corner Jacuzzi bathtub.

The outdoor space is just as impressive, too. The heated swimming pool is sure to be the first feature that grabs your attention, but the alfresco dining table, outdoor kitchen and Weber barbecue on the terrace are sure to be just as appreciated come mealtimes. If you're ever in need of a quiet moment to yourself, there are plenty of shady spots out in the large garden full of olive and cypress trees.

You're treated to some pretty views while outside, as well as a real sense of seclusion. The nearest town is Loro Piceno about seven minutes' drive away and the Natural Reserve of Abbadia Fiastra takes a similar amount of time to reach in the opposite direction. A little further afield, it's possible to reach the Adriatic coastline at Citanova Marche in just over half an hour by car.

Cherished Memory

This elegant apartment is located in the heart of the small village of Incudine. Recently renovated in a modern style, the property features precious materials in various shades from white to gray, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay. The apartment boasts a bright and spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace, TV, and large sofa. The fully equipped kitchen includes an eat-in island, perfect for preparing meals. There is also a bedroom designed for younger guests, complete with a TV and game console, which can accommodate 2 to 4 people. The apartment offers two bathrooms, one with a shower and bathtub, and another double bedroom with a private bathroom featuring a shower. 

Guests will have exclusive access to a large garden where they can play, enjoy meals, cook on the barbecue, or simply relax and soak up the sun. The property is conveniently located just 10 minutes away from the magnificent ski slopes of the Ponte di Legno-Passo del Tonale area. Bed linen and towels are provided for guests' convenience.

Pets are allowed, with the first pet staying free of charge and an additional fee of €15 for the second pet. City tax of €1 per person per night is applicable starting from 1 night up to a maximum of 10 nights.

Additional amenities include a barbecue, bike storage, crib (upon request), additional bed (upon request), baby chair (upon request), heating, linen and towels, private car park, and washing machine - all provided free of charge.

The Enchantress' Cottage

This apartment is New-York-style loft living in the centre of Como. It’s brimming with inspiration for creative types, from the picturesque surroundings of Lake Como (easily explored by water taxi) to the architecturally marvellous interior. The open bathroom won’t be for everyone – with a huge rainfall shower in the centre of the open loft and a spa-like bath enclosed. But there’s a standard shower room with a door for those who prefer privacy. It feels like an old warehouse in the vast, open living space with a sleek chrome kitchen, banquet-sized dining table and desks to work remotely. Art and books take centre stage, strewn about the room with a TV on the floor like an afterthought. 

A Composition in Concrete

This apartment is conveniently located in the heart of Rome. The Colosseum is just ten minutes away on foot, and the Basilica Papale di Santa Maria Maggiore is even closer. Vittorio Emanuele metro station is within easy reach, so seeing the rest of Rome is a breeze. There are countless cafes, restaurants, gelaterias, and pizzerias nearby – you’re never far from your next great meal in Rome. The apartment is comfortable and welcoming, with two living rooms to unwind in – though at full occupancy, four guests will be sleeping on sofa beds in these communal spaces.


Roman Refrain

Just a five-minute drive from the local beaches and a short walk from the shops and restaurants of Ancona, this stunning villa boasts convenience and modern home comforts in abundance. It goes without saying that its biggest selling point rests with the panoramic views across the Adriatic Sea. Yet, with a private swimming pool (overlooking the seascape), a spa, a sauna, an open-air gym and a whirlpool jacuzzi – guests can experience luxury beyond the home's scenic setting. Did we mention this home comes with a car? That's right, you'll have access to a BMW Series 4 available during your stay here too. 



Peach & Olive

Varzi Vista unravels amidst the enchanting allure of San Michele di Pagana, dressed with an eye-catching expanse of 407 square meters. Choosing from three beautifully adorned rooms boasting plush double beds, one is drawn into a sphere of absolute restful tranquility. Two other bedrooms offer the choice of single beds, simply perfect for friends or family vacations. Bound together by tradition and modernity, Varzi Vista precisely captures the heart-stirring heritage and unparalleled comfort that offers guests an incredible sanctuary away from home.

Varzi Vista

Immersed in the Trapani countryside, where you can admire the Sicilian mountains, this villa is a beautiful spot for large groups and family getaways. Panoramic views surround the private pool and outdoor seating – which includes a dining table for alfresco meals and rooftop terraces ideal for wine and conversation. Though not everyone might like the rustic quality here, the exposed stone and wooden rafters add a traditional beauty. Two of the three bedrooms feature a double and a single day bed each, so they aren't the most private and would be best suited to two adults in a child. Still, the rooms are as spacious and comfortable as the rest of the house.

The Sicilian Horizon

Smack bang in the heart of Avola, this apartment is moments from restaurants, bars and cafes, not to mention it’s around 1.5 kilometres from the beach. If you’ll be hiring a car, the historic city of Noto is a short drive away. Inside the home, two guests will sleep in the mezzanine-level bedroom. It can get quite warm up there during the summer months, but your host provides a fan upon request. And just so you know, the main bedroom’s en-suite is integrated into the room, which may not suit our more private guests.
