This villa on Turkey’s ‘sunshine coast’ is near the tourist hotspot of Fethiye, where you’ll find an atmospheric old town, a picturesque marina, and a choice of eateries. For days at the beach, you’re walking distance to Katranci and just a short drive from popular Karaot and Calis. While the home isn’t the most luxurious in our collection, we think you’ll love the views from the terrace and will enjoy splashing around in the private pool. Although the kitchenette is well equipped, it’s small for a family-sized villa so is better suited to preparing snacks and light bites than large meals – a great excuse to dine out in the evenings.

Turquoise Bay Retreat

Situated high above the hills in Kalkan, this single-storey villa boasts a private pool and some truly spectacular views over the sea and surrounding landscape. The colourful and quirky decor may not be everyone's cup of tea, but the main bedroom enjoys an in-ground Jacuzzi, positioned perfectly for the views. For families, your host can provide free equipment for little ones like a cot and high chair. There's space to park on the large driveway, and we highly recommend hiring a car for easy day trips to the nearest beaches and into Kalkan.

The Panoramic Retreat

Situated within walking distance of Kalmar Bay and the shops, restaurants and cafes of Kalkan, this villa is ideal for a family or group of friends travelling together. Outside is a swimming pool for keeping cool when you’re not at the beach and a dining area with a barbecue. You’ll also find a furnished roof terrace offering views of the Taurus Mountains. Inside, each bedroom has access to a balcony, and the kitchen is well-appointed for home cooking.


Aqua Escape

Is there anything better than dozing in the sunshine, with the sound of waves gently crashing onto a beach in the background? This beautiful home is right on the waterfront of peaceful Bodrum, with a private beach. You’ll spend your days soaking up the sun on the sand, lulled to a state of perfect relaxation by the rhythm of the waves, and cooled by the refreshing sea breeze. 

The villa boasts an epic floor-to-ceiling glass wall, so the wonderful sea view forms a focal point even when you’re inside. It’s a stylish and welcoming home, with an open-plan layout that’s perfect for gathering together as a group. You can open up the sliding doors to blend the indoor and outdoor spaces. Perhaps you’ll sip cocktails on the terrace while some of your group whip up dinner in the kitchen? Watch the sun set over the sea before moving inside to dine together. 

When you’re not relaxing at the villa, you’ll enjoy exploring Bodrum. Meander through the pretty streets shopping for souvenirs, and call into a restaurant for lunch. If you fancy a change from your private beach, there are plenty more to discover nearby. We particularly like Cennet Koyu – also known as Paradise Bay. 


Sea Echo

When one pool just isn’t enough, why not plump for two? Indoors or outdoors? This Kayaköy hideaway is the most surprising slice of cutting-edge architecture and interiors verve, set in an ancient spot that time (almost) forgot. You will truly kick back because the surroundings demand it – that graceful hammock isn’t there just to look pretty. Without trying too hard, this contemporary take on traditional Turkish communal living just gets it right. We love that indoor-outdoor fusion, like a modern-day Orangerie, no less elegant, but all geared up for the mod-cons. Surrounded by rural shrublands and local village life, you will enjoy the secret smile of one who has chanced upon a hidden gem.

Levissi Charade

Turquoise Haven

Sitting pretty on the hillside in charming Faralya village, this family-friendly villa is contemporary and very Mediterranean. The landscaped gardens, multiple outdoor lounging and dining spaces – as well as an impressive outdoor kitchen – mean that you'll likely find us outside, and most probably sipping a drink and admiring the uninterrupted sea view from the infinity pool. We love the sense of privacy that you feel at Begonvil, laying across four acres of land and completely unseen from the outside. The villa is also only 300 metres from the beach, where you can unwind on the sand with your favourite book or go snorkelling, although be warned that's it's easier to walk down than back up the hill.

Begonvil

Nestled in a hillside on Turkey's beautiful Turquoise Coast, you'll find this luxurious villa just outside of Kaş. Showcasing contemporary whitewashed decor with bright jewel accents, it's all about the views here, which can be enjoyed from every room thanks to floor-to-ceiling glass windows.

Start the morning with traditional Turkish coffee on the balcony – a serene spot where you can immerse yourself in the spectacular seascapes before you. Spend the day relaxing by the pool in the swinging chair and swimming in the cool blue waters, or head off to see what the coastline has to offer. Kaş is home to ancient ruins like the Antiphellos and Lion Tomb, which are well worth a visit if you're keen to soak up some local history. The town centre has cobbled streets of whitewashed houses and buildings covered in bougainvillea, which makes for a picture-pretty stroll and some great photography spots.

When you get home after a long day of exploring, jump in the Jacuzzi bath to soothe any aches and wind down for the evening. The barbecue is perfect for laid-back kebab dinners beneath the pergola. Post-dinner, fix yourself a cocktail and take a seat on the cushioned patio sofa, then watch the sun set over the ocean. 

Bougainvillea Bazaar
